Caitlin Coover joined Forest Family Dentistry in September 2021 as the Director of Human Resources & Payroll.

As a proud Air Force veteran with a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Caitlin is passionate about developing strong workplace cultures, building effective leaders, and creating systems that allow teams to work confidently and effectively.

In her free time, Caitlin enjoys running, reading, baking, and spending time with her husband and son.
