Dr. Sara Mandell

Dr. Sara Mandell is a dedicated and highly trained dentist in Round Rock with a strong background in advanced clinical care and military service. She is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered dentistry focused on long-term oral health and comfort.

Originally from Reading, Massachusetts, just north of Boston, Dr. Madell earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from Saint Anselm College in Manchester, New Hampshire, before completing her Doctor of Dental Medicine at Boston University.

Dr. Mandell is a nitrous oxide-certified dentist who provides comprehensive dental care including preventive, restorative, and general dentistry services. She focuses on delivering precise, efficient treatment while helping patients feel informed and at ease throughout their care.

She began her career as a Dental Officer in the United States Army, serving as a general dentist for four years at Fort Gordon, Georgia. She further advanced her training through a two-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at Fort Bragg, wehre she also earned a Master's degree in Oral Biology.

As an experienced dentist in Round Rock, Dr. Mandell brings a high level of clinical expertise and leadership to patient care. She managed a 30-chair dental clinic at Fort Hood, Texas, and was activated to New York City during the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic to help established a military hospital. She later deployed to Baghdad, Iraq, for nine months in 2021.

Now transitioned from active duty to Reserve status, Dr. Mandell is proud to call Central Texas home and serve the Round Rock community with compassionate, high-quality dental care.

Outside the office, Dr. Mandell enjoys working out, hiking, and exploring new local restaurants.
